Meet your Host, Kelly Nolan

Kelly Nolan is a Pharmacist of over 30 years and an Integrative Practitioner of over 23 years. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UBC in 1987.


After her 3rd child, She began to shift her practice from the Pharmaceutical Industry to Integrative Medicine pivoting away from Traditional Medicine. In 2009, She opened Avita Integrative Health specializing in Women's Health and Saliva Hormone Testing. She began providing her clients with customized treatment plans of Bio-Identical Hormones, Natural Supplements or a combination of both based on baseline hormone testing.


Next seeing the need & desire of Menopausal Women to lose weight in 2011, she expanded her services, incorporating a highly successful Weight Release System alongside the Hormone Testing.
